As the founder of VISIONNAIRE Innovation +, Fariel Dif builds bridges between science, innovation, and impact strategy, always keeping people at the heart of the mission. With more than 20 years of experience in biomedical research, corporate communications, and business consulting, she supports organizations seeking to clarify their vision, accelerate innovation, and build a lasting competitive edge.
A journey rooted in innovation and transmission
Holding a PhD in Genetics and Physiology, Fariel began her career as researcher at the Institut Pasteur (Paris), where she is an inventor of an international patent targeting cystic fibrosis, a genetic disease that still has no curative treatment. She then expanded her skill set with a postgraduate certificate from Cambridge University (UK) in Business Sustainability Management, affirming its commitment to responsible innovation.
She then evolves within a multinational FMCG and in communications agency (Pharma, Beauty, New Business), where she pilots scientific strategy, innovation, public relations, brand marketing, sensitive communication and crisis management in more than 50 business units (CBUs) worldwide.

Fariel combines a systemic thinking, the ability to simplify complex subjects and a strong sense of impact. She firmly believes in the power of popular science to bring technological advances closer to human realities, particularly those of patients. Her dual expertise is dedicated to helping organizations align transformation, purpose, and performance.
